How to Feel your Heart
Try this simple experiment to clearly feel your own heart.
Thinking hard just gives your head a pressure..
When you think of something seriously for a while you will feel the area in your forehead is heavy or there is a pressure because your brain is working hard.
Remembering a happy moment without smiling freely..
When you are happy there is a reaction in your chest.
This is your heart reacting when the feeling from the heart is working.
Remembering a happy moment and smiling freely..
Only when you are relaxed and smiling freely then the feelings from the heart become stronger.

2. Letting the Feelings from the Heart Work
Second stage: press the play button below to listen to the audio recording which will help guide you to notice the difference between your thoughts and feelings.
You will be asked to relax and then to remember a happy moment from your life and how you felt at the time. You do not need to remember the specifics of what happened at the time because this will get your brain working, instead just feel how you felt at the happy moment and continue to follow the nice feeling.
As you are guided notice how you feel when you are asked to stop smiling and when you are smiling freely and what happens to your heart and feelings.
While listening, it is easier and more relaxing if you close your eyes, take any eye glasses off and sit comfortably without any distractions. You can repeat this exercise with different happy memories and may get different results.

You can also freely download this audio file as an MP3 to play locally and share.
Repeat these two exercises until you are able to tell the difference between letting your brain work and letting your heart work.
If you don't feel much on your first try, just repeat the second exercise a few times to be more relaxed so you can feel more easily. You can also do the next exercise to strengthen your heart and feelings and repeat this exercise again to compare how much your heart and feelings have improved.
