Open Heart Workshops are a series of one day workshops with an experienced heart workshop instructor who helps to guide you to feel more from your heart. They host and teach the various meditations and exercises throughout the day, answer questions and manage discussions about the heart.

The workshop format is relaxed and informal with a variety of interesting exercises and short meditations from the heart with time for questions and feedback.

This format enables you to progress quickly and gives you many opportunities to be able to feel and use your heart in a variety of different ways so that you are able to experience your heart more directly and more deeply.

Open Heart Workshop Level 1

Duration: 1 day / 8 hours

Level 1 Open Heart Workshop is a practical and experiential workshop designed to help the participant to feel the beauty of blessings in the heart. The exercises in this workshop will show you how to reduce the domination of the brain and strengthen your heart connection, bringing abundant joy, peace, and calm into your life. Level 1 Open Heart Workshop helps you to become attuned and better able to feel your heart.

Level 1 Goals:

To know more about your heart
To know more about heart/feeling and brain/mind
To strengthen the heart
To reduce the domination of the brain
To open the heart by doing open heart meditation
To realise the existence of True Source's blessings within the heart
To start using your heart in praying or spiritual life
To start using your heart in living your life

Open Heart Workshop Level 2

Duration: 1 day / 8 hours

Pre-requisite: Open Heart Workshop Level 1

Level 2 Open Heart Workshop will support and guide you to more deeply experience peace, joy, and blessings while relying on the love within your heart. A practical and experiential workshop designed to further assist you in letting go of blockages that keep your heart from opening wider. You will also learn an easy way to let go of life's burdens, to experience a deeper layer in your heart, and how to begin accessing your heart for guidance. Level 1 is a prerequisite.

Level 2 Goals:

To know more about your heart
To use the feeling from your heart better
To get the truth from your heart
To strengthen the heart further
To rely on True Source blessings in your daily life
To open your heart even more to True Source
To direct your heart even better to True Source

Open Heart Workshop Level 3

Duration: 1 day / 8 hours

Pre-requisite: Open Heart Workshop Level 1 & 2 and three weeks of practice

You will learn to be within your Heart, learning a deeper reliance on True Source and the Love and Blessings.

Level 3 Goals:

To understand more about your heart
To use the feeling more from your heart
To improve the heart connection to True Source
To be within your heart
To smile more with heart and feeling
To realise better the strength of love/blessings
To feel the love radiate from your heart

Open Heart Workshop Level 4

Duration: 1 day / 8 hours

Pre-requisite: Open Heart Workshop Level 3

You will be guided to be within the Love within your Heart. You will also be taught a meditation to cleanse and heal your physical and non-physical being.

Level 4 Goals:

To understand deeper about the heart
To be within the love inside the heart
To unburden your heart and whole self
To direct your heart even better to True Source
To radiate the love more freely from your heart
